If you decided your next vacation to be in Greece, but you don’t know if you need to rent a car, where to go, what to see, or in some cases when it’s the best time to visit, we want to help you with that.
As we are a car rental company, we will firstly mention what you will need for renting one. If you want to learn more after that you’ll need to stay tuned to find out.
Depending the car rental company, you’ve booked with, the things you will have to know are more or less the same, but make sure to check it out because you can find important modifications and/or different regulations.
As for us “THE CAR RENTAL”,
when arriving before making the lease agreement, you will need to have with you the documents listed below,
- Passport and/or ID
- Driver’s license
- Voucher
- Debit or Credit card (in case it’s asked).
In addition, when renting with us, the things you need to know are also listed below,
- We can add one extra (second) driver free of charge.
- You have 3 insurance options when booking your car to choose from.
- Our fuel policy is to bring the tank back filled to the point it was when you took the car, they day you came.
- Airport delivery and returning is free of charge.
- We can deliver or take the car back from any location requested, besides the airport, with a small fee depending on your location.
- The drivers need to be older than 23 years old, with minimum experience of 2 years.
- After the amount of 3 days in off-season kilometers are free of charge, and in-season they are free of charge no matter the days you are renting.
- Baby and booster seats are also free of charge, anything else needed for your child you can find the price list on our website when booking your car.
- Night delivery is free of charge.
As you will see when booking your car from us, we request your flight number. The reason for that is in case of any delays that may occur we can monitor your flight and wait for you at the right time, without you worrying.
We want you to start your holidays as soon as you land in Greece. We bring the car to you at the airport, and because of that you won’t have to go to a different location with a shuttle bus. When arriving we contact you through the phone number you have given us to clarify any inquiries for the meet up location.
You can travel through all of Greece with the car you’ve rented, mainland and islands alike, but you can’t go out of the boarders of Greece. To do so, it’s mandatory to have a green card that our company DOES NOT provide.
